One thing I do like about the start of the new year is that the NRL isn’t all that far off starting. No Sterlo on Channel 9 any longer, only know all Gould who thinks he knows everything, and he probably does about the Bulldogs but who cares about them!!!! 62 days until Eels first game. A 2 month wait for a predictable season. Dylan Brown another year older means no excuses for a quiet game otherwise should be replaced. As for pony I've already moved on.

Even though the Eeels gave the Panthers a tough game in the playoffs last season where was the pony? He was nowhere to be seen the whole game.Since we didn’t get it this past Xmas, all I ask for this coming Xmas is a champion half for the Eels? Seriously will it ever happen?

Pony has reached his best. That means only injury to the other halves will give the pony a chance, but no point in relying on that. Eels should be competitive this year, especially against the weaker teams, but finals football is always a flop. Eels will not choke because you have to be rated first to be considered a choker.

Pony was NSW half in the 3rd SOO game and NSW lost that sums up how lame he is as NSW was much stronger than Qld last season. I just think if he plays a class half or the going gets tough he goes missing in action. The problem is that flushing turd Jr is even worse than a pony. Two things have to happen at the Eels before any chance of a premiership. Get rid of flushing turd and find a decent halfback. There will never be ultimate success until that happens.

Pony couldn't beat the worst QLD team in the history of Origin. That sums everything up. Struggled to beat a bunch of no names at Newcastle in the finals. Only the Eels defence against the Panthers made Pony not look out of his league against Nathan Cleary. Worst halfback for taking on the line in finals football.

Worst half for taking on the line in any important game. Should actually be called the missing link because he always goes missing in action against tough opposition. The Eels did make the Knights look pretty good in that playoff game.

All teams will do this year to beat the Eels is play defensive for 80 minutes, cause the Eels have no creativity in attack. The top sides will put 10-16 points on the Eels and play defensive through the forwards.

No COACH no FUTURE. That is all I have to say about the Eels on my return.
