against the Panthers they couldnt even play at home, that was such a poor effort. I give the Eels somewhat of a chance against the Sharks but will probably lose by 2 If Sharks get all the ref calls, Parra definitely won't win. Track record at Shark Park - L Endeavour 5-May-18 L Endeavour 2-Jul-16 W Endeavour 2-Aug-14 L Endeavour 15-Jun-13 L Endeavour 15-Apr-12 L Endeavour 3-Apr-10 W Endeavour 2-Aug-09 L Endeavour 22-Jun-08 W Endeavour 12-Aug-06 W Endeavour 28-May-05 W Endeavour 14-Aug-04 W Endeavour 12-May-02 W Endeavour 3-Jun-01 L Endeavour 23-Jul-00 L Endeavour 17-Aug-96 W Endeavour 21-Mar-93 L Endeavour 12-Jun-88 L Endeavour 18-Jul-87 W Endeavour 6-Apr-86 L Endeavour 21-Jul-85 L Endeavour 10-Jun-84 W Endeavour 28-May-83 W Endeavour 29-Aug-82 L Endeavour 19-Apr-81 W Endeavour 20-Jul-80 L Endeavour 1-Apr-79 L Endeavour 25-Jun-78 L Endeavour 21-Aug-77 W Endeavour 11-Apr-76 L Endeavour 6-Jul-75 L Endeavour 26-May-74 L Endeavour 29-Jul-73 L Endeavour 30-Apr-72 L Endeavour 15-Aug-71 L Endeavour 7-Jun-70 W Endeavour 1-Jun-69 L Endeavour 30-Jun-68 23 losses from 37 games

maybe the Eels can emulate that period between 2001 and 2006? It seems the Sharks have always been somewhat of a bogie team for the Eels. That Endeavour Field is one lousy field. I have been there 2 times and I dont think it has gotten any better since I was there.

The game in 1993, Parra won 14-0 in front of a pathetic crowd of less than 6,000. The place is a dive.

Gutho out injured for the entire game in the first 5 minutes. Game Over!! Good to see 3 late tries by Parra. Still got smashed, but they put some points on right at the end.

to little too late, a horror game to watch. The Sharks could have easily put on 60 points. The Eels had and showed nothing, poor defense, lousy offense.

further, it is time to start the 5 year plan now so it can be over and done with sooner rather than later.
the Eels missed out on DWZ, who signed with Dogs.

Sharks early in the second half were looking at 50 plus. You can always tell with Parra in the first 10 minutes if they are going to win or lose. No more 5 year plans, sack everyone and give the new lot 6 months to prove themselves!! LOL BA has already had 5 years and now another possible 5.

I was only kidding about the 5 year plan anyway. Lets do a 5 min plan. Get rid of the coach and most of the players, NOW, and start again. I dont know what they paid Moses to keep him, but I hope it wasnt too much, he just isnt all that good.

I don't think Parra are that bad, losing to the Storm 64-10 and the Sharks 42-22, but their attitude and mentality under BA leads to that. Parra are not an 80 minute team. Moses is on something like 2.5 million for 3 years. He'll definitely end up being the highest paid halfback that doesn't play finals football.

because of the coach we have, players who have a brain in there head want to steer clear of the Eels. I am surprised that Ferguson signed with the Eels. He started the season well but he has come back to reality with a thud. I bet he regrets leaving the Roosters. We have seen the Moses debacle before. Why is it impossible for the Eels to get a decent half?

Fergo is a great example, we all know he is a good player, but he is starting to play average football. Mitchell Moses needs an Andrew Johns mentor!! Someone who knows the ins and outs of being a halfback. Moses does have talent, but needs a bit of guidance. He's only 24 years old. Need a skills trainer at Parra.

I blame BA as well. What were they thinking extending his contract? Why are the people that run this club so ****ing stupid?
You are right, Moses does have talent and probably needs a mentor, but are the Eels smart enough to make a move in that direction?

Moses at best will be a good player every 3 or 4 weeks. I think he lacks consistency and great players don't lack that. Moses would be the best halfback Parra could find. Cooper Cronk turned Parra down, but he's at the end of his career anyway.

Hasler is a good coach, has plenty of success, look at our list of coaches and the lack of success.
Moses isnt worth the apparent $800K per year, but the Eels cant seem to sign anybody unless they pay overs. Maybe they should take note of that and look at the coach that is there, does that trigger a red light by any chance? Damn I wish we had a good CEO.

Brian Smith was the last decent coach, but a major choker. Since then, only 4 finals appearances - 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2017. Parra are a club that don't create success, instead they just wait for it to happen.
