If McGregor gets fired I would take him over a guy that is good at cleaning toilets quite frankly!!! I know that want happen, just throwing it out there. McGregor is a coach because he played the game, not because he's any good. Probably find Dean Pay is the same. Both very good players, but how they got into coaching, I'll never know. The janitor wasn't a good coach or player. Eels have done well to win their first 4 games because they have shown consistency, but I agree with what you are saying, no quality opposition yet. Watch the Roosters in a few weeks time embarrass the Eels. I don't rate the Panthers, they'll start losing soon.

The Panthers team on paper doesnt look good. I hardly know anyone on that team. The Eels team looks great on paper. Shame there is no leader to motivate them to get the absolute best out of them. As I said before, lucky they are a talented bunch of players. It has helped a lot so far this season.
MacGregor didnt get fired, so he will not be coaching the Eels anytime soon. Stuck with the flusher until who knows when.

Eels on paper look good with talented halves, strong forwards and awesome backs, but unfortunately led by a dunny man. The Dragons fans want McGregor gone and he's been coaching since 2014 with a winning percentage of 46%. He's worse than our janitor with 49%.

I dont know a lot of the Panthers players, but that doesnt mean much as I dont support them. A lot of young guys from other clubs get a name once they produce. This is obviously a young Panthers team. There maybe a lot more talent there than both of us realize. I tip the Eels by 4.

This game will mean nothing but just another win for the Eels and false hope until they play the better teams. I'd still take the win but it won't truly measure the Eels. Whatever the Panthers are doesn't really matter because we know they're not the best.

Rooster, Storm, Raiders and maybe even the Knights will be the test for the Eels. Shame that the evil empire just beat the donkeys.
The last time the Eels and Panthers played was the second worse the Eels played all season. I dont expect the plunger to instill any great motivation into the players, but I sure hope they do am lot better than that last miserable game.
