The northern beaches is a liberal voting area which is why they reckon the labour government never funded their stadium. Not sure if that still exists today. Manly definitely need a new Stadium or at least better Grand Stands. Successful club playing at a third world ground. |

Manly deserve the stadium they have. The evil empire does not need to have it amenities upgrade by any government.

you are right, they are well and truly the evil empire. What I hate is they never underachieve, this season they are overachieving. The evil club joined the competition the same year as the Eels and have never come last, I wish we could say that about the Eels.

Hasler won two Premierships with Manly and appeared in two Grand Finals with the Bulldogs. BA can't even achieve finals football on a regular basis. The Sea Eagles would have a long list of great players and coaches. The only thing ordinary about Manly is their home ground. |

Manly do run other teams into the ground for there own good, that is harder under the salary cap, but they will do there best to bring down other teams to there advantage. Once again the evil empire.

Souths and Wests in the 1970's, Michael O'Connor from the Dragons 1987 and Parra juniors over a number of decades. All they do is steal. They rip the heart out of other clubs. Manly are not hated for no reason. |

most of the Manly fans I have known you summed up well. You know the funny thing is the first 1.5 years I lived in Sydney I lived 100 yards from Brookvale Oval. Always hated Manly too.
