The game today is almost going to be the new soccer, never quite as bad. It really does have a soft edge to it now. Still a great game, just not as good as it once was.

Rugby League will always be a great game, but it has lost it's toughness and personality. Check out Pricey. He's a bit concerned about his memory. |

he really was one of the very best, I wish him all the best. I dont know why he isnt an Immortal? I loved watching him play, nobody as good as him today.

Definitely a Parra Immortal. Price has defeated Manly and Bulldogs in GF's, cancer and now dementia. Nothing can defeat this legend!! |

back in his day nobody realized what concussion would do to you. There have been a few NFL players that have committed suicide because of what concussion did to them. It is really bad.

I guess wearing a helmet prevents a broken jaw or nose, but doesn't stop the entire impact to the head. Imagine being a boxer, the idea is to beat your opponent in the head. Boxers must see some terrible endings. |

with the knowledge of what concussion does to you now, why would anyone want to be a boxer. Yes, the money can be good if you are a prize boxer, but money isnt everything.

The idea of beating in someone's head for entertainment is barbaric and dangerous. Should be banned. The UFC is even worse. You can kick someone in the head. |

Bevan French sure is totally unwanted. Ethan Parry was OK, but not jumping for joy just yet.
The worse as boxers life is the better of a boxer he or she makes. People from the lap of luxury dont make good boxers because they dont have the mongrel needed to be top class.

There was a time when he was playing great footy, but all of a sudden he became heart attack material. French must have attended the school of Scott Mahon. |

I dont know that you can talk about last season because every player at the Eels last season was really bad. Bevan French is a small guy so couldnt carry the weight of the team on his shoulders. Scott Mahon sure was an embarrassing player.
