21 years ago, how time flies. I was at the game. Blue and Gold flags waving in the crowd were replaced by Blue and White flags in the last 10 minutes. Bulldogs fans came alive and all of a sudden were everywhere, but before that they were quiet. |

But I knew the following week they would get smashed in the GF against the Broncos. Only Parra could beat the Broncos that year. The Bulldogs win over Parra handed the Premiership to the Broncos. |

I would prefer the Broncos to win over the Dogs 100 times out of 100. The only team that match it with the Dogs is the evil empire, Manly.

Premierships - 1972, 1973, 1976, 1978, 1987, 1996, 2008 and 2011. Won 4 since Parra won their last - disgraceful. |

yes unfortunately the evil empire, would be the most successful in the modern era. In that time they totally destroyed North Sydney as well. I bet they love that on there resume.

after the Eels had won there fourth grand final, the Eels and the evil empire were 4 grand finals each. Unfortunately Manly won the next year and have won 3 more since. We need the Eels to win 4 in quick time to catch up and then a 5th shortly after, to go ahead. I guess I conpare with the evil empire as they both joined in the same year.
