Chris Sandow, wow, what a shit player he was. Souths had a 10 times better half to replace him, and we end up with a useless garbage halfback once again. Russell Crowe complained about Sandow leaving, but he then got Adam Reynolds and a premiership. Even when things appear bad for other clubs, they still bounce back and win. For us, bad is bad!!

especially when it comes to halfbacks, Sandow was downright pathetic, and also had problems with gambling. He probably bet on Parramatta games putting money on the other team. If the Eels got it right and signed Adam Reynolds, they would have gotten him for a song.

Another dud signing by the Eels. The Carl Webb club would have heaps of signings in the past 10 years.

yes, the Eels have sure made some dud signings. It should be embarrassing but does not seem to faze anyone.

Billy Slater was still good, JT was past it. I am surprised Billy Slater retired, I thought he still had another year or two left in him.

He kept Hayne from playing fullback for Australia. If the Eels signed him for 2 seasons I would not have been disappointed. He would have definitely not been a Carl Webb signing.

He was still playing in Grand Finals at the end of his career. That says, he still had it. Great player for QLD too. He was too good for NSW.

JT was definitely past it, but both were great players. JT was a great player. Imagine if he stayed at the Bulldogs. The Dogs would have won many more Grand Finals after 2004.

I underestimated JT when he was at the dogs. I guess I just didnt want him to be good playing for them. He was a great player and I am glad he didnt stay with the dogs.
