No I would say it is a pretty tough draw. Starts out hard against the Storm. Might be a good preview of what sort of a season we are in for? Play the Panthers and Storm twice but not the Roosters or Sharks. I like playing the Bulldogs twice especially when the Eels have been the better team the past 5 years. |

Roosters could be good but I dont think the Sharks will be all that good. I will see them in Vegas.

It's going to be a tough gig for Jason Ryles in his first season as an NRL head coach, with Parramatta dealt one of the harshest draws of any club.
After a major roster overhaul, the Eels get a baptism by fire with away games against Melbourne and Manly early on, as well as a road trip to Darwin and a showdown with the Bulldogs.
The run home isn't much better, with away games against the Broncos, Raiders and Warriors, as well as fixtures against the Storm, Roosters and Cowboys heading into the finals.
With more games against top-eight sides than any other and a gruelling start and finish, it could be another long year for the blue and gold.

Roosters could be good but I dont think the Sharks will be all that good. I will see them in Vegas. Sharks are good during the regular season but ordinary in the finals. Roosters and Storm are the teams to beat. Interesting to see how the Panthers perform after losing a few players. |
