even though I dont think that highly of the current evils coach, I think he is light years ahead of the turd. There is only one coach that is worse than the turd and the Eels have him locked up, the Hot Dog vendor. Maybe I could add the current dogs coach as well but we will see next season. Can't believe the Eels have many good players but an average coach. I guess the Eels can never tick all the boxes. Had Choker Smith as coach but no superstars. The glory years, a stack of stars and the games best coach. |

How the hell the emperor got everything to coincide for the late 70's and early 80's is beyond me, because he trashed the club after 1986.
I can believe the Eels have a turd worthy coach because the front office is clueless.

He was involved at the Eels at the right time and right place, that's all. Lots of luck. |

The emperor was lucky like the Eels were luck last season to make the GF. They were sure found out in that game.

Another GF the Eels lost in the first half and didn't score points. And beating the Panthers during the regular season was not a great indication of where the Eels were at all. Gave us false belief. |

the Eels last year only ever won 3 games in a row and that alone makes them an unworthy GF team, in my opinion. There were a lot of things about the Eels last year that made them unworthy and it was a waste of time playing in a grand cause they didn't stand a chance. Consistently strong and losing like 2001 is one thing, but to be full of weaknesses is ridiculous. |

You cant compare last years team with the 2001 team. The 2001 team was 5X better and still lost.
This current bunch cant defend, end of story
