I really wish that happened back then, but no chance with that pathetically stupid front office who just have no idea. There stupidity leads the NRL!!! The janitor is becoming an Eels icon these days. But come finals time you watch the poor defence especially against the better teams. Don't want the Eels to make another grand final if they don't stand a chance.

At this point I think the Panthers have a lot of improvement in them and all the other teams are either at there best or past there best. I would hate to see a Panther 3peat.

Only the Eels have succeeded a threepeat in the last six decades. Panthers would have to be a really strong chance cause which team this year stands in their way?

I hope that record sticks with the Eels for the last 3peat, but I fear that will end this year. I doubt the Broncos and Storm are any challenge. The Sharks and the Cowboys seem to inconsistent. The Eels have soft defense. Who else is there?

Eels dont have a good record in the playoffs with this current loser turd. Lucked out last season and were really found out in the GF. Eels: Clint Gutherson, Mitch Moses and Reagan Campbell-Gillard are all on Origin duty for the Blues while J'maine Hopgood is part of the extended Maroons squad. Bailey Simonsson looms as a likely fullback replacement for Gutherson while Daejarn Asi could slide to halfback as he did in Round 16 when Moses was in Blues camp. Edge forward Shaun Lane (hamstring) is expected to return for his first game since Round 11. Dylan Brown faces another four games on the sideline after he was issued with a breach notice by the NRL on Monday. Warriors: Halfback Shaun Johnson is expected to remain in New Zealand for the birth of his second child so Ronald Volkman could be in line for a call-up or Luke Metcalf may move from five-eighth into the No.7 jersey. Josh Curran has been issued with a breach notice the NRL and will miss the game through suspension. Maybe with the Warriors 7 out it will be an even contest? Eels have 4 players out!! Warriors could win this game. Warriors by 14.

Any team that plays the Warriors on SOO week is at a disadvantage because they are mainly made up of Kiwi players. If the NRL had a brain they should give the Warriors 2 of there 3 byes during SOO?
