I posted this on the Eels Facebook page and got two hearts.
Thanks to NSW players never living up to expectation and always changing the team the disaster that is the Blues has now flowed on to club level and the Eels were belted 46-10. And why weren't Eels players chosen for Game 1? They were better than the rest of NSW players at club level this year. Ruin the Eels for a dead rubber Origin cause NSW let us down every year.

You get no argument from me. The fact that Gutho is also on the replacement bench should have made him eligible for the Eels.
The worst thing about that loss is it hit them hard on For and Against

The worst thing about that loss is it hit them hard on For and Against For and against is still decent 96+ but that loss ruined a really good points differential. This weekend Eels by 36. |

I do have to say that the Eels were pretty ordinary against the Warriors and there defense as usual was very soft but on the credit side, the Warriors are really looking like a good team this season.

Warriors had a halfback, Moses and Gutho were out. Wouldn't bother analysing that game. Agree, their defence was terrible but they had 3 players on the sideline. |

The Warriors have been the most underachieving team in the last 20 years but they seem to have found a good coach, I wish the Eels would find a good one?
