Rained non stop for three days, floods all over South East Queensland. More rain predicted today. The janitor is a terrible coach. Roosters have a good coach, I'm envious.

I think Craig Fitzgibbon will prove to be a very good coach at the Sharks, but I have been known to be wrong.
We need the rain here, even in the form of snow. I have lost so many plants because of how dry it has been.

Craig Fitzgibbon - He started his journey as an assistant at the Roosters in 2012 after retiring in England. If Sharks beat the Eels, the flusher will look even worse, beaten by a rookie.

Denver is regarded as high desert so we dont ever get huge rainfall but this past summer we got zero rainfall and high heat.
Fitzgibbon has an advantage with the Sharks over the Eels. The Sharks have the wood on the Eels, just like the Knights. I dont ever think the flushing turd looks good anyway. It isnt that big of a deal for a rookie to get the win over such a pathetic loser.

Parramatta Eels - Sean Russell
Date of birth: 27/05/2002 Position: Fullback/wing NRL games: 2
Versatile teenager Sean Russell is an Eels junior who came through the Rouse Hill Rams and St Pat's Blacktown alongside Jakob Arthur. Capable of playing wing, centre and fullback, Russell is set to be thrust straight into the NRL action this year following injuries to Maika Sivo and Haze Dunster and the departure of Blake Ferguson. He scored eight tries in 12 Knock On Effect NSW Cup games last year and two tries in his round 15 NRL debut.

Sounds like Australia, high rainfall on the coast but inland is dry with continual drought. Eels play Sharks early in the season and I've never been confident against the Sharks. They can be a real freakish team that pile on the points.

Who would you prefer, Shaun Lane or Ryan Matterson? Shaun Lane makes too many errors. His ball handling is terrible at times. I would have said him if it wasn't for that. Maybe just beats Matterson on his ability to break the line.

All in all I think Lane and Matterson are pretty close, but Lane loses out due to his ball handling like you said. I Think the Dragons will be huge improvers this season with Shaun Flanagan helping in the background. Why couldnt the Eels be smarter and sign him?
