Paul Gregory Green (12 September 1972 – 11 August 2022) is an Australian professional rugby league football coach who is the head coach for the North Queensland Cowboys in the NRL, and a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s.
He played for the Cronulla Sharks, North Queensland Cowboys, Sydney Roosters, Parramatta Eels and the Brisbane Broncos, winning the Rothmans Medal in 1995. He was Queensland State of Origin and Australian international representative halfback. As a coach Green guided the Cowboys to their first premiership in 2015.

In 2003, Green joined the Parramatta Eels. After starting the first 7 games at halfback, Green suffered a fractured cheekbone which ended his season.
