I know the Eels should win but I am not so confident. I only tip them to win by 4 but seriously wouldnt be surprised if they lost. Folau is dumb and a major jerk. His brother John was a waste of time at the Eels. Eels smashed the Knights and rightly so. Knights had nothing in attack especially with Pearce and Ponga injured. Good to win, but still disappointed over the Bunnies and Eagles losses. Against the Knights the game was over at half time and all Eels had a decent performance except Moses kicks at goal which were all from the sideline. Wests Tigers next week and I expect another win.

It was great to get a win but that game was against a team that should be fighting for the wooden spoon they were that bad. I think a better team would have won by 60. Okay I will just enjoy the win.
The Tigers have improved out of sight in recent weeks I tip a win but not as easy as against the Knights.

The Knights put in a disgusting Old Boys day performance Even in the most bitter of lows, Old Boys day was one where the Knights would, at the very least, be competitive, as the who’s who of ex-Knights roll into Newcastle.
Not this year.
This year, they dropped the ball, defended without intent or commitment, and played a generally awful game of football, as the Eels rolled past them to steady their ship following a dismal fortnight.
Having 40 put on you on the club’s most important day is a shocking look for the Knights, in a year which has been three steps backwards for every step forward.
It’s not as if the blame could be put on one individual player, either. Sure, their management and options with the ball were shocking, and new recruit Jake Clifford will have questions asked, but the Newcastle pack looked like a deer in headlights.
Adam O’Brien’s team are not a bad rugby league team, and at times, they can be gutsy or flashy in equal parts.
But on Sunday, they were simply not good enough, Old Boys day or no.
