it was a pretty good ground. Much better than most NRL grounds, and it has been pulled down.

The Giants play at a new Stadium somewhere near downtown San Francisco, I think it is called AT&T Stadium but I might be wrong about that.

I googled and found - Oracle Park is a baseball park located in the South Beach neighbourhood of San Francisco, California. Since 2000, it has served as the home of the San Francisco Giants, the city's Major League Baseball franchise. I'm not a baseball fan though. Being Australian it's Cricket!! Australia could win their 6th World Cup. Currently second on the World Cup ladder.

dont you want a close game? It will make it more interesting. If England get bowled out for 100 it is a borefest.

Maybe in the Cricket a close game is needed, but always with Parra I like to see the game over by halftime like the Tigers and Broncos games. You can just sit back in the 2nd half with no stress and enjoy every minute knowing the result is a victory. Doesn't happen too often with Parra, though.

I do like that as well, great for the for and against. I do appreciate a close game even if the Eels lose, as long as I feel they put in a 100% effort. I loved the 2nd half against the Tigers because the Eels went on with it, didnt like the 2nd half against the Broncos so much as they didnt put in 100%

The game is over when leading 26-0 at halftime and all that needs to be done is score one more try over a 40 minute period and no way can you lose. 38 points is a decent effort against any team. Wasn't that penalty goal attempt from right in front just on halftime by the Broncos hilarious. And I think it was Hoffman's second try, the Broncos dropped it straight into his arms and he ran 40 metres to score.

the first half was a lot of fun to watch. I would like to see the Eels be an 80 min team. They have only been for about 80 min once this season against the Tigers.
That penalty goal attempt right on halftime by the Broncos was really hilarious.

Game against the Tigers was on the back of a new stadium and the Tigers talking it up that week, which fired Parra up even more. It's only one game, but I'm glad it went down that way, because the very first game at a new stadium can be looked back upon. Great start to a new stadium. Other first games at a new stadium - 1986 - Parramatta Stadium - Eels 36 Dragons 6 1988 - Marathon Stadium - Eels 28 Knights 4 1993 - ANZ Stadium (Brisbane) - Eels 12 Broncos 8 1999 - Olympic Stadium (Sydney) - Eels 20 Dragons 10
