I am a little surprised you havent heard something about him in Australia? I would have thought he would have made some effort to get a contract with either an NRL team or rugby? Heard nothing, even when googling his name. The only thing lately - May 7, 2019 - Jarryd Hayne could be close to settling his civil rape lawsuit in California. ... The new joint filing in the case came ahead of Wednesday’s scheduled court appearance before Judge Koh in San Jose. ..

He cant come to the States because he has had his passport taken from him. I wonder how much that case will cost him?

the Hayne Plane will strike again, dont now when but he will. Would you sign Hayne for 200K a year and have him playing off the bench? Hayne off the bench still might stuff the dynamics of the team up!! LOL

I doubt he showed up for the opening of the new stadium. He is just so unwanted by the Eels. I wonder if he realises how big his mistakes are?

Haynes is one of those guys that thinks he is untouchable, because he has a huge ego. He should be starting to learn that he cant get away with the crap that he does. Too late to salvage his rugby league career.

Too late to salvage his rugby league career. True. And his football days are well and truly over. He's main focus now is avoiding doing time.

doing time will do him good. His ego will come more under control, and realize he cant get away with the crap he does.

What he has done would definitely land him there, but I just can't see it happening. Known people with good representation don't go away, unless what they did was so bad like Cosby.

unless he pays the girl to drop the charges I think he will get time. Goulburn Jail - maximum security!! Or maybe just house arrest. He'll have to pay girls for a house visit.
