I dont know what there reasoning was either. They were probably just a bunch of ratbags that wanted to get into the print media and succeeded on that. Some people just protest anything for the sake of protesting, maybe that was there reasoning? I know they only allowed Parramatta Stadium to be a certain height, but can't remember why. Anyway, the Eels won in the end.

a win that took over 30 years, it was a long time coming. Too long, but better late than never. 30 years from now they might demolish again and build a 50,000 capacity stadium.

the population is only getting bigger. I just hope they win a premiership again before they get a new stadium. They only won the first year of the previous stadium.

Call me negative, but I've given up on this premiership thing. I don't think they'll ever win and if you can't beat a struggling Knights, how can you win a comp?

I understand how you feel, but even though the Eels put in a very poor first 30 mins, they did look better after that, and the Knights did play well. The first 30 mins it looked like a replay of the 2001 Grand Final

oh really, I guess you can go to Broncos games and Titans games? Where do you prefer it Sydney or Brisbane? Nah, not a Broncos or Titans fan. But if Parra play up here I may go. Brisbane is way better. Sydney these days is overcrowded and too fast. A real rat race. Queensland is more laid back and easy going. I would say, QLD is the best state in the country.

good to hear you are happy where you are living. Did your job transfer you there or did you just want to get out of Sydney?

good to hear you are happy where you are living. Did your job transfer you there or did you just want to get out of Sydney? I asked if I could work in the Brisbane office. My work has an office in all capital cities.
