Pennant Hills definitely had a lot of trees. I always did regard my local team as the Eels though. I was closer to them than anyone else. Bears 2nd.

70's and 80's in Sydney was great. The best lifestyle at an affordable price. I have heard from many people that Sydney is now super expensive.

In actual fact a horrible place to live. Article in the news the other day that Sydney's nightlife has died, but what does the state government expect when most Aussies left.

Where did most of the Aussies go that left Sydney? Definitely QLD and I also heard Perth. Sydney would be mostly Middle Eastern, Indian, Chinese and European. With the exception of European, all cultures that are completely different to Western culture. In my opinion, Sydney did not change for the better. I have nothing against multiculturism, because I am a product of that myself, but the city should not become a takeover of other races. Same could be said about London and not many English living there. But in saying all of that, most Aussies over many decades moved up the coast when retired from the workforce.

Sydney is now so unaffordable that people would be moving out because they cant afford to live there any longer? I know the housing prices are just crazy. I would imagine it would be the same for rent as well.

I guess it's just a turf war on who lives where. lol

I think people living together to pay less has a lot going for it. Could I do it, no, not really but I think it has a lot of good going for it.

Marcia might be a little past it these days. 30 years ago definitely a good option.

Marcia might be a little past it these days. 30 years ago definitely a good option. I was referring to the 70s and 80s. Marcia was alright back then. Mrs. Brady was alright too. Alice the cleaner was a horror!!
