I think Alan Bond was behind America's Cup. I remember when that happened. Australia couldn't win a boat race in 100 years? America must of been good!! I think that was 1983. The year the Eels won 3 in a row. When Trump dies they'll bring down the wall. Like the Berlin wall.

I am sure Trump would want the wall to remain forever as a shrine to his efforts to change the landscape in his name.
Nobody could beat the American's in that boat race back then. Never really had much interest, it is a sport for the rich that one.

Never really had much interest, it is a sport for the rich that one. Next you'll see Trump's face at Mount Rushmore and on the 100 dollar bill. Ok, that's what I thought. America was invincible in that yacht race, that why Australia winning was such a big deal at the time.

Trump had better work on the $100 bill fast as he may only have a little over a year and a half left in office.
I remember Bob Hawke saying after Australia won the America's cup that is any boss doesnt let the employees have the day off he is a real bum. I liked him as Prime Minister.

Surely Trump will create a shrine somewhere in the US in dedication of himself and everyone at a certain time of the day will have to pray. Bob Hawke was a real character. A big drinker, womaniser and a larrikin. He definitely had character and put Australia on the map for the world to see. Hawke was at all those Parramatta Grand Final wins. He was in heaps of pictures too with the team after the game.

Trump is a dip shit the sooner he goes the better. If he wants s shrines of himself he better get working on them. I am sure all the property and companies he owns he has made it more tax friendly for himself.
If I remember rightly wasnt Bob Hawke from Western Australia and a big Aussie Rules fan, but having said that he was a man of the people and liked being wherever he looked good in the peoples eyes

Would you call Trump far right? Robert James Lee Hawke, AC, GCL is an Australian former politician who was the 23rd Prime Minister of Australia and the Leader of the Labor Party from 1983 to 1991. He is the longest-serving Labor Party Prime Minister. Hawke was born in South Australia but moved to Western Australia as a child. Should of worn a helmet when playing cricket.

He lives around Sydney Harbour somewhere. Penthouse or Mansion. He released a book recently, which I saw at the airport a few month ago. He was on the front cover looking quite old now and smoking a cigar. Would of been a good read.

good on him, did he leave his wife for a younger version? He must be in his 90's now, I would imagine. I doubt you could buy that book of his here in the States.

Yeah, Blanche was 15 years younger and more attractive than Hazel Hawke. Bob was definitely a cheating husband and Blanche wasn't the only young woman he nailed. Bob Hawke is 89 years old. His womanising days are over. I bet Trump has already released a book. Probably a movie too very soon.

I dont think Trump has a book in the works yet, but I will bet on his former lawyer having a book in the works soon. He has sure slammed Trump, but basically everyone knew what he has said anyway

I dont think Trump has a book in the works yet, but I will bet on his former lawyer having a book in the works soon. He has sure slammed Trump, but basically everyone knew what he has said anyway Donald Trump - not a good week!! 1. Michael Cohen testified: No, Trump's former fixer didn't provide a smoking gun on his old boss. But Cohen did make things worse for Trump on at least three fronts: The hush money payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, along with WikiLeaks and the Trump Tower Moscow development. Cohen produced a check for $35,000 that he said was a partial reimbursement for the payment to Daniels. He said that he heard a phone call between Roger Stone and Trump about WikiLeaks. And he said he had 10 conversations with Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump about the Russia development. 2. No deliverables from North Korea summit: Trump clearly thought his second summit with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un might be the one that produced measurable results on the denuclearization front. It didn't -- and Trump left with America and North Korea seemingly on different pages about why the talks broke down. 3. The Jared Kushner security clearance story: The New York Times reported Thursday night that Trump had ordered then-chief of staff John Kelly to get son-in-law Jared Kushner top-secret security clearance. Kelly disagreed with the decision -- and wrote a contemporaneous memo about it. So did White House counsel Donald McGahn and career intelligence officers. 4. Felix Sater will be testifying publicly later this month: After Cohen's testimony to the House Intelligence Committee wrapped up Thursday, committee chair Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) announced that Sater would be appearing in an open hearing before the committee March 14. Sater, a former FBI informant and a man who spent time in prison for stabbing a man in the face with a broken margarita glass, was the one who suggested to Cohen that Trump build in Moscow. And, oh yeah, Cohen will also be back to offer more testimony to House Intelligence on March 6. 5. Otto Warmbier's parents blast his comment on Kim: Just before leaving the North Korea summit in Vietnam, Trump was asked about North Korea's 18-month imprisonment of Warmbier, a college student who died shortly after being returned to the United States. "(Kim) tells me that he didn't know about it and I will take him at his word," Trump said. Warmbier's parents, who had been supportive of Trump for getting their son back, released a scathing statement: "Kim and his evil regime are responsible for the death of our son Otto. ... No excuses or lavish praise can change that," they said.

can see things even getting worse for Trump. Funny that he always calls everyone liars, but he is the liar. It is always everyone elses fault but he is perfect. We will see how that works out for him down the road.
