Hayne has really screwed up his life in more ways. The NFL thing was a disaster. Tried to join the Fiji 7's side and failed. Wuuld have gotten a gold medal if that worked for him. He should have done the french rugby thing instead of NFL. He would probably be quite wealthy now, if he did. The NFL experience was embarrassing!! Only 8 games and created a mini cult following down here with people in the streets wearing 9ers jerseys. You should follow the NFL, because you like the game, not because some vagy muncher that you know from the NRL went to American football. I'm glad that novelty wore off. Not sure about his finances, but yeah, he could of made more money if he had a better head on his shoulders.

the 9ers's had a lousy coach the year he was there and there team was pretty sub standard as well. Bad choice to go there, but Hayne's choices are usually pretty poor. He needs to hire a financial adviser.

Should be a good ground to play on.

Fortress Parramatta!! I'm not expecting a big season from Parra, but they could prove me wrong. I think the Tigers have taken 4 of their home games there.

I wouldnt be surprised if the Tigers end up using it fulltime as there homeground. Their other 2 grounds are sub-standard. I am sure that since the state government own that ground they want to get as much use out of it as possible.
Will it really feel like the home of the Eels, like Cumberland Oval and Parramatta Stadium? I dont know that it will?

Tigers need to keep a foothold in the Campbelltown area, especially with AFL and the Bulldogs lurking around trying to gain more territory. Or maybe build a decent stadium in Liverpool, like the Dogs were going to do. It will definitely feel like home for the Eels, because the ground is situated in Parramatta. Well, it should!!

AFL should piss off in NSW and Qld. Of course they want because they are well managed and have an expansive mind, unlike the NRL.
Good to hear that you feel the new stadium will feel like home.

AFL went into the western suburbs of Sydney and the Gold Coast, which showed how determined they were to conquer Rugby League areas. Some of their Melbourne teams even take a few of their homes games to Canberra. They failed at representative football - State of Origin (VIC, WA & SA) and international was a flop. Still no Hayne news!! It's goodbye for Hayne from Parra.

Just keep the AFL in VIC, WA and SA, piss them off everywhere else.
Good riddance to Hayne. For such a great player everyone treats him like Fitzgerald treated all the big name 80's players.

he only has himself to blame, plus at the end of the day he will be an ex professional sportsman with hardly a cent to his name.

that is funny. Malaysian airlines still exist, Hayne is dead and buried. I wonder if Hayne had accepted the $200K that the Eels offered him, if he would have been fired after the vagina scandal?
