when the 9er's were good Green Bay had a tough time beating them in the playoffs. I would love to go to a game at Lambau Field, obviously Green Bay against the Bills.

I have been to 4 stadiums. Not so many. Buffalo Bills stadium, the old Meadfowlands Giants stadium and the new one, plus Broncos Stadium in Denver. I personally like the Buffalo Bills best.

the Bills stadium is the oldest in the NFL but it is pretty good. It is dug down into the ground so it dosent stand more than 30 feet above ground level.

a hell of a lot more expensive than NRL tickets, but different grounds charge different prices generally starting at around $100

What if your team goes 0-16 and you've spent $700 on 7 home games. LOL Your money has been well spent if you're a Pats fan the past 15 years. Cleveland Browns you'd ask for a refund.

Buffalo usually has a losing season and the fans are great, they know what the outcome for the season will be but they show up every game and enjoy themselves.

Even if they lose, you would still get value for your money, because you could make a day of it and the atmosphere in a packed stadium would be awesome.

unlike the NRL most grounds are close to capacity at worst.

unlike the NRL most grounds are close to capacity at worst. Australia has 4 football codes. If it were just two in Australia like in the US (NFL and soccer), let's say NRL and soccer, then the NRL would definitely have bigger crowds. 29,000 against the Tigers and 25,000 against the Dragons wasn't bad for Parra.

does soccer get big crowds in Australia now? I know only Rugby Union international matches get big crowds. What are the crowds like for AFL matches in Sydney and Brisbane these days?

AFL in Sydney and Brisbane this year - Swans Home Games 32,575 26,669 29,780 26,502 Lions Home Games 20,029 19,958 34,017 20,075 Crowds in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth would be double. Melbourne crowds around 60,000 - 80,000 a game for two Melbourne teams. Rugby League definitely still has a strong presence in NSW and QLD. Even Parra at Bankwest this year has challenged those AFL crowds in Sydney and Brisbane, but the novelty of a new stadium would be part of that. Soccer, the stats below don't look to flash -

Soccer is a joke, terrible crowds. Swans get fair crowd numbers, better than a lot of NRL teams.
