I agree with you but he has made himself unavailable. I would chase after Adrian Lam. Wonder who the Eels will sign then. I just don't want another rookie coach. |

I 100% agree with you, but it is looking like that is exactly what we will get. Mind you I prefer a rookie than the vendor. No way Jason Ryles will win a premiership. Need an old head, a coach that has achieved success. Surely there is an experienced coach available, if not, the game must have a shortage of good coaches, or the best has been signed already. I don't want a return to '95 when the current Eels players have retired. |

The current team has a very narrow window for success. Most of the elite players are getting older. Apart from Blaize I dont know if there are many other quality young players coming through either.
The biggest problem right now is that the club is run by an idiot who quite frankly I am not confident he will come up with the right choice of a coach.

I have no idea when the new coach is going to be picked and I have zero confidence in the grave digger that he will choose the correct person. If he does it will only be pure luck.
