Would you go down to Sydney if the Eels made the GF? Dont have to worry for the net 3 years anyway. I feel the Titans maybe one of the big improvers so I dont know about an Eels win. I would definitely fly down. Imagine the Eels making the grand final and being hot favourites. Imagine going to the grand final knowing they would win like the Broncos in the 90s and Storm recently. Eels should beat Titans but could be a close game. |

If I could get a flight and a ticket I would consider flying to Sydney for a GF if the Eels were in it. I have done it once in 2009.
The game against the Titans could be a very good game. On paper I think the Titans are about the equal of the Eels but they have a better coach. Sorry the Eels dont have a coach.

We were both posting on 1Eyed Eel. That was a big effort, quite impressive. Eels should win but beating the Titans is no great achievement. |

I dont know, I dont think you are giving the Titans any credit at all. I dont think they will win the GF by any stretch but I think they are a capable team.

With the amount of travel all the QLD teams have to do, I dont think it is that much of a disadvantage to be the away team for them.

Summer is ending here, winter on the way which means footy is back. I remember in the early 80's cooler weather by March when the season started. Going to school in the morning mist knowing the Eels would win the grand final. Round 1 will be the Eels grand final with this dud coach. |
