I thought the Eels were rusty in the first 2 games they played. Yes, they beat the Titans by a large amount but they really did not look good against a team that was lousy. The Titans only got into the red zone once and scored a try, Eels defense still sucks.

Eels defence was perfect and their attack finally broke the Broncos after so much possession. But I'm not getting carried away, because the Broncos attack did lack creativity and they won't be one of the heavyweights this season. Forwards did their job and the halves had a very involved game. Hopefully the Eels play like that every week. The win has probably gone to the janitor's head!! That's the only negative thing tonight, the janitor!!

If the possession was 50% each way I think the result would have been different. The Broncos defended really well I thought, but the weight of possession against them finally took its toll. It reminded me a lot of the Titans game.
3 wins from 3 is a great start, lets see if the janitor can build on that? The game against the evil empire will be tough.

The janitor will come unstuck against the better teams. In the finals, the Eels will not have the confidence and their attack will become flat. Winning a regular season game against a team that has no halves has no pressure, but finals football is a different game. I'm enjoying the wins, but like I said, I'm not getting carried away, Bulldogs, Titans and Broncos aren't very good teams, they just have commitment until they eventually crumble. Last time the Eels won their first three games was 1993 and last time the Eels won their first four was 1989.

I think the Eels offense was quite clueless against the Broncos, until the Broncos ran out of steam after the Eels dominated possession. If I was the Broncos I would have loved going into halftime only 12-6 down and being totally dominated.

He was everywhere, but is a fullback. Moses and Brown can play some good football, but can be quiet at times. I thought Brown's stepping game was impressive, must have stepped numerous Broncos during the game. What did you think of Reagan Campbell-Gillard?

RCG was pretty good I think he will do well. Junior was really good in that game. I cant believe that RCG sat on the bench for the Panthers last season. I hold high hopes for him. What did you think of him?

What did you think of him? Had a decent game. I think the Eels forwards might do better this season. Seem to have bolstered the pack and hopefully that means a better defensive effort, but like I have already said, the Eels haven't played the good attacking teams yet. Manly this week will be the toughest game this early in the season, but still won't fully test the Eels. Looking forward to playing the Storm, Roosters and Raiders.

Defensively I dont think the Eels have really been tested at all. It is hard to know weather they have improved in defense or not. The evil empire will give them a work out I should imagine. I doubt the Eels have improved in defense because basically Kidwell is as inept as the janitor. They make a great pair of ineptness.
