If any authority wants to know where I am and I have my phone on they can find me easily I probably wouldn't go back in time no matter how bad the world becomes. Thanks to technology I can work from home. Don't think I could give up the phone and internet. Even PlayStation is good for all the computer geeks. 70s had none of that. |

Stereos were getting pretty good in the 70's Remember records. I still had them in the late 80s. Records and cassettes. I didn't progress to CD's until the early 90s. |

True, but that was the way for most of the 20th century. Glad cassettes are gone, how terrible were they and I never experienced 8-track cartridge so I cannot comment on that. |

8 track was way worse than cassettes. I thought cassettes were ok but the problem was if you left them in a hot car they would melt.
