I hate that the Panthers won the last 3 titles for the same reason. If it was the Eels I wouldnt complain at all. Mind you there is no hope of that with the turd.

People here will not remember about that lousy promotion. Why cant the NRL gets things right?
I understand they want to expand the game but why not for a start come up with some people with a good personality. Also before being interviewed why didnt they let the former NFL QB a little about rugby league. The whole thing was embarrassingly pathetic.

I didn't like the mention of no pads an no helmets - like how does that slogan promote the game? |

The fact that they had an NFL QB interview them and was not told anything about rugby league before he interviewed them was extremely cringe-worthy. At least let him know the difference between rugby and rugby league. I dont blame an NFL guy to know absolutely nothing at all about a game he has never had anything to do with.

The NFL QB probably thought he was interviewing the South African Rugby team. Americans have zero knowledge of the NRL unless they have visited Australia during the winter. |

The start to promoting this 2 game setup in Vegas has quite frankly been a disaster. I cant see too many Americans being interested because not many would even know that there will be a game. That live disaster on TV is the only thing I have seen here and I doubt many Americans at all would know when and where the games are being played?
