good, and they shouldnt for any of the other games either. State of Origin and players on report have brought the Eels undone and of course an average coach.

the Eels looked good before the bye but of course that turd couldnt keep the momentum going and they now look like they did early in the season.

It has always been the case with the Eels. How many years has that turd been so called coach now? He has never inproved that lame pathetic defense.

I think since 2014, that's almost a decade and only one grand final appearance. Other than Brian Smith (always seems to be the Eels) are there any other coaches that have coached for a decade and never won? Usually after 5 years, clubs punt their coach if no success.

The Eels are really one of a kind. Can't find a good CEO who has knowledge to save there life. If the turd can pull the wool over the CEO's (gravediggers) eyes it goes to show how dumb the CEO is. The turd is a total dumbass.

The turd is a total dumbass. If it wasn't for the 80s, the Eels would be a complete embarrassment. I understand every club has a drought and winning premierships is not easy unless you have a team full of superstars, but no success since 1986.

It is incredibly pathetic, and can all be blamed on the upper management and coaches over the years.

It is incredibly pathetic, and can all be blamed on the upper management and coaches over the years. A professional club signs the best if they cannot develop. It's that simple!! Manly have been doing this for decades and in recent decades the Roosters.

Since 1986 by far and away the most poorly run club in the NRL would be the Eels. Poor decisions year after year have been there downfall. This grave digger and turd continue on the same path.

Many players did not want to go there either. Even Mario Fenech turned down the Eels at one stage of his career but played for the South Queensland Crushers. Bad management and a place that does not entice champion players.

You need to add quality coaches to that as well. The Eels have only had one good coach since 1986 and that would be BS who choked so he was not the best either.
I must say that I should add Daniel Anderson to that list but he was fired by the emperor. What horrific leadership the Eels have had.

Daniel Anderson downplayed himself, by saying the Eels making a grand final had nothing to do with him. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. Very strange for a coach to talk that way and gave the front office a good reason to punt him. BS was consistently great and the Eels were strong across the park, but the ending to every year was heartbreaking. I attended all of those finals in Sydney, 1998-2005.

2005 was a major heart-breaker losing to the Cowboys. That was an embarrassingly poor performance actually.

2005 was a major heart-breaker losing to the Cowboys. That was an embarrassingly poor performance actually. Eels were rushing the pass and knocking on in the first 10 minutes of the game. Typical Eels, start bad which means also finish bad. Rarely do they turn a bad start around.
