Two good wins this season doesnt make for a lot of confidence. If they start to become more consistant then I might start to believe in them? The turd is still festering in the bottom of the toilet!!!!!

The turd is still festering in the bottom of the toilet!!!!! Jake Arthur released and now with the Sea Eagles. Eels fans will be happy with that, everyone hated him in an Eels jersey. I cant believe that the Evils would want him. I am glad he is gone, the toilets may not be quite as clean but we got rid of a bad egg.

The Evils seem to be one there way down, quite frankly. They have signed some fairly average Eels in the past but never have they signed a total loser.

The Evils seem to be one there way down, quite frankly. They have signed some fairly average Eels in the past but never have they signed a total loser. Manly have lost the plot! Parramatta Eels announce signing of Joe Ofahengaue The Parramatta Eels are pleased to announce Joe Ofahengaue will join the Club immediately in a mid-season transfer. The Tongan international and Maroons representative has played 160 NRL games and most recently played for the Wests Tigers. The middle forward will join the Club effective immediately. Head of Football Mark O’Neill said, “Joe is a timely addition to the Eels’ squad, considering the injury status of some of our key forwards. “His power game will suit our style of football, his NRL and Origin experience will be valuable for some of our emerging forwards and his character will be great for the overall culture of the club. We all look forward to welcoming him and his family to the Club,” O’Neill said.

Eels are good at dud signings. Probably the best, actually.

There is no end to the stupidity under this dud turd. The front office keeps appeasing him as well, so how stupid are they?

There is no end to the stupidity under this dud turd. The front office keeps appeasing him as well, so how stupid are they? Eels became worse after Brian "Choker" Smith, had some shocking coaches and players, and now a janitor that didn't stand a chance in the grand final. And if the janitors son scores a try in the grand final, that means the good players failed to get over the line. That's how bad it was.

The one thing I will say, no other team would have had any hope at all against the Panthers in that GF. They were head and shoulders above every other team in the NRL.
Scoring consolation tries is meaningless. That game was well and truly over at halftime.

Scoring consolation tries is meaningless. That game was well and truly over at halftime. Agree, Cowboys would have been slaughtered and the Bunnies couldn't beat the Panthers in the Preliminary. Eels were the best chance but only if they played their best on the night but like the previous two Eels grand finals at halftime things were looking terrible.

I dont agree, if the Eels had played the Rabbits instead of the Cowboys I think the Rabbits would have been in last years GF. The Eels had the much easier side of the draw. I think the Panthers would have beaten the Rabbits as well but maybe not quite as convincingly as they did against the Eels.
