I am a whiner as well, fully authorized by the people that DON'T support stupidity. Even as a young supporter 36 years is way too long and they should understand that. Young people tend to think that someone who is 36 years old is really old. Under those circumstances isnt 36 years to long between drinks?

Under those circumstances isnt 36 years to long between drinks? 36 years is a very long time, but those younger Eels fans have only suffered one decade, maybe two of this current drought. If you have suffered the full drought, by now you want everyone sacked at the club who cannot deliver, no excuses. The world last time the Eels won

That was an awesome look at 1986 and it really seems like a whole lifetime ago.

That was an awesome look at 1986 and it really seems like a whole lifetime ago. I had just started high school and was 12 years old. That '86 grand final was a classic. I miss years like 1986, Sydney was a great place back then.

Sydney was a great place back then. I could not moove back to Sydney any longer due to the cost of living there now. Housing prices are through the roof.

I cant really judge on Sydney I was there for a couple days in 2009 for the GF but didnt really see to much of it. I know the prices for anything are just down right ridiculous. I would never pay those prices.

I would never pay those prices. Decades ago the prices were very achievable and the city was liveable. Nowadays you don't get what you pay for. Australian real estate is a rort.

Is the real estate in Queenland really high as well? I know it used to be very affordable there.

Is the real estate in Queenland really high as well? I know it used to be very affordable there. Half the price of Sydney and more liveable. Although, Sydney was a more fun city, Brisbane is boring.

Is Brisbane boring? I dont know Brisbane to well. Doesn't have the great pubs and clubs, night life, harbour views and stunning babes like Sydney. Although, nothing wrong with boring if it keeps you out of trouble. The services are better in Sydney too like medical and transport.

I know Sydney has a great transport system. I am surprised Brisbane doesnt have great pubs. In knew it didnt have great harbor views because it is on a river like Melbourne.
Denver is on a river as well plus it has great mountain views. It is also 1000 miles from the ocean.

Brisbane has half the population of Sydney so less money in this town so of course Sydney is the more exciting place with better service. Where does Denver rate amongst the US cities.

Denver rates very high as a city worth living in, it would be in the top 10, but there are about 120 cities in the us.
Are many people like yourself moving up to Brisbane from Sydney because Sydney has become so unaffordable.
